The public will have free access to the online Register that provides details of:
available credits
required credits
sequestered credits
available land suitable for carbon credit creation
by region, country, locale, carbon credits potential, land price and carbon credit selling price.
MEMBERS TRADING RATES [TRADERS, CREATORS, GROWERS and EMITTERS]
carboncredex.com charges a TRANSACTION FEE of 7.5% of the Total Value of the carbon credit transaction. The TRADER will receive 2.5% and carboncredex.com a fee of 5.0%. The TRANSACTION FEE will be the responsibility of the VENDOR of the tradeable objects.
SEQUESTER PLUS PROGRAM
1. TRADERS
Only APPROVED TRADERS of carboncredex.com are eligible to trade in the credits available in the FOREST MUTUAL FUND (the CERTIFIED CARBON CREDIT TRADING POOL).
The TRADER identifies the reference number of the available credits and submits a bid to the vendor via the carboncredex.com clearing house. The bid is either accepted or rejected. An accepted bid, upon the appropriate due diligence completion initiates a request for the funds to be lodged with the carboncredex.com audited trust account. This is followed by the issuance of the certificate the disbursement of funds for the final settlement.

2. GROWERS who wish to list their forest in the FOREST MUTUAL FUND (the CERTIFIED CARBON CREDIT TRADING POOL) can mutualise their production into the stockpile of un-traded carbon credits.
Small area growers (less than 100 hectares), can register their holding at carboncredex.com for a once only fee of USD 125.00 + USD 2.5.00 for each contiguous hectare [a woodlot or plantation lot] containing100 trees per hectare. This single registration fee is valid for the whole of the contracted trading period.
All trades from this pool will commit the grower (VENDOR) to a return of 75% of the traded value. carboncredex.com will receive 25% of the traded value as a TRANSACTION FEE. When the term of a contract between the grower and the emitter expires, the grower must re-register the forest lots with the CARBON MUTUAL FUND.

All GROWERS will need to have their forests certified to the ISO 14001 standard by an accredited consultant in order to effect their trades.
Price of the sequestrated carbon (per ISO standards compliant tonne) will be determined by auction and/or negotiation.

All trades from the SMALL reducers pool will commit the VENDOR to a return of 75% of the traded value. carboncredex.com will receive 25% of the traded value as a TRANSACTION FEE. When the term of a contract between the reducer and the emitter expires, the grower must re-register there emission reductions with the CDM and JI TRADING POOL.
